Shipping

Orders shipped in 2 to 4 business days.

Standard delivery time of 4 to 7 business days in Canada.

FREE delivery in Canada on orders of $99 and over.

Shipping fees of $10 on orders less than $99 in Québec.

Shipping fees of $20 on orders less than $99 in other provinces.

We do not support international orders at this time.

The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes depending on his geographical location.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Returns

Purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact info@pawsie.ca within 5 business days of date of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if merchandise has been used. Products must be returned in their original state and packaging, including label attached to the product.

All sale items and items purchased using promotional codes are final sale, non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned merchandise.

Pawsie reserves the right to refuse the return of a product which does not meet the above conditions.
